So we have been wanting to buy a house for quite a while, but there were some things that we wanted to accomplish first...
1) Floyd finish school
2) My medical bills paid
3) My car paid off
4) CCs down to zero
5) A good down payment
Well it was difficult to wait but I am glad we did.
Annnd we got our pre-approval today. I didn't even want to start looking until we got this because I worry too much and needed it in writing. I know there is quite a process ahead of us and there may be some snags, but I happy that we got to this point

I may AW my garden/landscaping/front porch tomorrow depending on how much I get done on it. I have the day off so Alex and I will be going to Home Depot in the morning for bushes, rocks, mulch and paint. I can't wait! I hate gardening because of my insanely stupid fear of worms but I am going to try to power theough to get stuff dug up and planted.
Stupid TN needs to stop with the errors...let's try this again...

I'm just going to AW Ellie and say that last night, she said her ABC's all the way through to letter T without prompting, and then finished U-Z with only 2 prompts. I'm really proud that she's almost got the whole thing down.

My only excitement is that work is going to pay for the conference I wanted to attend in July, so I get to go to that. It isn't traveling though, I'll just be in DC. I was hoping for a Niner trip.

My AWs - tomorrow is my birthday
In spite of eating like crud for about half of last week, I still managed to loose almost a whole pound on my first week of WW, and I've been consistently going to the gym for almost three weeks, which means it's almost a habit
SIL and I are going to see Hunger Games on Friday and I am really excited
It is GORGEOUS outside
I bought some sandals at DSW and got $10 with a reward certificate, and an extra $5 because it's my birthday month
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
