Husband's Job is Jerking him Around
So,
I'm not sure what to do. My husband and I work for the same medium sized company doing different things. I am a regular employee, however he is an intern. The company usually hires their interns after about a year. However, they are giving my husband the run around, giving him hoops to jump through and then pulling the rug out from under his feet when he tries. Its incredibly frustrating for both of us. Anyone else been through this? Am I overreacting? I've never seen him so stressed and it really upsets me!

I would be seeking employment elsewhere if I were your husband. While historically interns have been given full time positions within your organization, it doesn't mean t happens all the time or is guaranteed, right? I wouldn't wait around for someone else to do something, if I've learned anything in the past it is that no one is going to chart your career path for you, you have to take care of yourself.
Personally, I would also be hesitant to put all of your family's eggs in one basket, too. DH and I are very careful to never work for the same employer. We witnessed too many layoffs in past years.
