What are the best websites for posting resumes and searching jobs? It seems like Monster and Career Builder are out of touch...
TIA
Re: Job websites
Indeed.com was my go-to when I was looking for my next career move.
Also, set up google alerts, especially if there are particular organizations you are interested in working for.

I agree - Indeed.com
I found my job through my company's website. I would recommend making a list of companies you'd like to work for and checking out the career/job posting section of their website and applying directly. It worked for me!
I did want to add that I found my current job through Career Builder. I also had a lot of luck in my field in the local newpaper (they list online and in the paper) as well as Craigslist... this really depends on your field. But most of my interviews came from there and they were all legit.
