  I don't have the pumps, but I do have a pair of the wedges.  They look nice and they've held up well, but the sides do rub the sides of my feet (they're patent leather).  I'm not sure if the pumps would so the same thing though.  I'm sure I could put something on the sides of them for comfort, and they would be okay.

  Are they worth it to you to pay that price (now that you own a pair)?

  I like mine (different style). I find them comfortable for heels. I equate the quality along the lines of Stuart Weitzman shoes. They're made in Spain, leather outsides, insides and soles, good quality, so yes, I think the price is justified. But unless I needed them right now, I'd probably wait for a sale.
