Hi,
I am running my first 5k in a few weeks - excited and nervous! I just registered and the registration says "no radio headsets" - I always run with music - I would have a hard time running without it. Does that mean I can't use my ipod and headphones? What are "radio headsets"? Has anyone that is used to running with music run a race without it? Thanks!!

Technically it is against the rules to run with an ipod but a lot of people still use them during a race. However, if you win a category, they can disqualify you because of this.
Like PP said, just be considerate. Keep the volume fairly low so you can hear what is going on you. GL!
