So they lowered the price on that historical house..
by $50,000. They must really want to sell. It's now $260,000. Good luck people, good luck.

With the state of it, maybe 1/2 the 2nd floor.

I'm putting money on them finding something else seriously wrong with it that warranted a $50k drop. Like, you know, bodies.
