Just finished a workout with J
We did the P90x cardio workout and I really enjoyed it. It's the first workout we have ever done together besides riding bikes. I think J was a little self conscious, but I am sure we will do it again.
What workouts do you ladies enjoy? And do any of you workout with your husbands?

That does sound fun. Enjoy!

Stand up for something you believe in.
My husband used to run marathons, but with life just being so hectic and a back injury he had right before we got married, he hasn't run one in over a year.
I have had health/heart problems for a long time and had open heart surgery in 2008. I wasn't allowed to exercise and then I pretty much just used it as an excuse to be lazy for the next 3 years
BUT. I am in the middle of my 12th week of a workout routine right now. Its the longest I have had a steady workout in 8 years. I have been working out 4x's a week (a mix of treadmill and weights 2 days a week and Zumba 2 days a week), and Andy has been running and biking. He's been doing about 6-8 miles a day of one or the other or a combination. We don't work out together because we have different exercise activities that we enjoy, but we do work out at the same time. It definitely helps with the motivation.
Truth be told, I am exercising to just be in better shape and he is exercising and changing his eating habits for weight loss. We have been using My Fitness Pal to track calories and to help him make better eating choices. I told him I would do it to support him, but MFP is kinda a judgey biitch and we have a love/hate relationship.
DS does 30DS with me sometimes and we like to go on bike rides.
We used to go to the gym together, but since C was born we have to go in shifts since our gym doesn't have child care.
When we first joined our gym (before we got married) we went together sometimes, then we both fell off the workout wagon and DH canceled his membership. I've recently gotten back into it and have started doing treadmill/elliptical workouts. Plus I took a yoga class yesterday that totally kicked my butt, so I might do that once a week but I don't think I can tolerate it any more than that!
However! In preparation of our upcoming Cancun trip, we're taking lessons to learn to scuba dive, so we'll be doing our pool training and dives together, and hope we can turn it into a fun activity we can do together on trips, or even rent eequipment and go to a local quarry.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
We used to go to the gym together, pre-Samma, but clearly it's been a while.
Other than that we don't do much together workout-wise. He'll walk back and forth from the T station, and I'll walk in the afternoons and try to get some yoga in.
We are thinking about getting bikes, and when we do that will be something we can do together.
