Leaving for Spring Break tomorrow with the family so this morning was my one and only shot.
I am so new to CrossFit that I had never done a thruster (happened to miss the WOD's where it was programmed in during the last few months) or a chest-to-bar pullup and managed to get a 76 (that's one pullup into the set of 15's).
Very happy.
Now we sit and wait to see if our team made it. We have been solidly in the top 30 in the region for the last 4 weeks.

That is fantastic! I cannot BELIEVE that you have never done a thruster. You best be doing Fran to make up for it. But this might as well be Fran...errr it's worse. I tried today and cannot get a chest to bar pull-up. So cranky about it. The thrusters are no problem at 65#. I am about an inch to the bar though. So I will likely be spending 6 minutes and 45 seconds doing 1 pull-up. But dammit, I'll try!

I know. I didn't miss the thruster workouts on purpose, I just never came across one. I've been going to WOD's (not counting my ramp up) starting mid-November and I took 2 weeks off for Christmas (travel).
It definitely seemed like Fran-insanity. I want to see what my regular score on Fran would be.
I had to do my c2b's one at a time, so I will definitely be practicing hard to link those, improve my t2b form (I don't link those very well either) and do muscle ups before the regionals.
My box is "Conviction CrossFit" in the Southwest region.
