I'm working my butt off and trying to get into spring cleaning mode at home. I did one coat of pale blue paint in my bathroom weekend before last and hope to do the next coat this weekend. I'm also planning out my gardens for this year, I'm excited for those!!

I'm adjusting to life with my beautiful baby girl! She was born at 8:30 pm on Thursday 3/15 and we were able to come home on Saturday afternoon. It has been a whirlwind, but we are both so in love with her!

Let's see, work is in it's busy season (fall registration), just finished "spring break" so I'm back in grad school mode, helped DH catch up on grading he is a slow grader) for the community college class he teaches, we had an appointment with a pediatric GI today about reflux, got a new work schedule (since I'm p/t it changes), easter is coming up, and I'm trying to have a social life (for example, a mommy friend is throwing a small 31 party in 2 weeks and I'm going to go even though its on a week night, since I have only been out once without DD...)....so, yeah it's a little hectic here....I am looking at some free time in early May...

Life is just CRAZY! Work is what it always is when there are only a couple weeks left in the quarter, and the kids are losing it because spring break is right around the corner. I'm hosting a bridal shower and am in a wedding during my spring break. My Master's Degree program is flying by and there is way too much work to do and not enough time to complete it. Never take 9 units while working full time, it's not a good idea. On top of all of this we have a contract on a house we're buying (all of that looks like it is going okay...finally), but our the buyers on our current home backed out and our townhouse goes back on the market tomorrow. Thankfully, we don't have a contingency for this or we'd be in deep water. Is it the end of May yet?

I haven't been on in a long time. Lets see, I've been working part time day shift but it feels like full time because I get out late most days. I've been picking up a lot of shifts either first or second. We've been working a lot on getting the boy totally potty trained. He just won't poop on the potty and its so frustrating. I'm in a wedding April 13 so I've been busy with those festivities. My husband has been working hard on taking tests to get promoted so we possibly move back home to Indiana. My sister in law is getting married in august and she asked me to photograph her wedding, I'm excited but so nervous. I've been working out 4 days a week but this week I sucked because work kept me late and my husband was working late ans we had so much to do. Hopefully I can work in a good workout today. Then you know the usually little tasks here and there that run your life. lol

It sounds like everyone is crazy busy! I guess I have been, too. March has just been flying by. I had a conference to go to this month, DH had a business trip, and my parents have been visiting us. All of that, on top of regular stuff, means I've been a bit crazy. My school stuff has been demanding lately - in a good way, but it's a lot of pressure right now. I'm trying to complete my thesis work and get some stuff published.

This week is my spring break week for my grad class- I was hoping to get ahead with my readings for upcoming Monday and the week after, but it hasn't happened yet! I started a long term position in 5th grade, so between that and tutoring after school I've been busy. This week has been especially crazy. Wednesday we had to go to file our taxes after we both finally got home. Last night H worked late then we drove to my grandparents to pick up a bunch of stuff they're giving us. Tonight H is going to a concert and I'm home waiting for an installer to come measure our kitchen. Saturday we have a lunch with his family after I teach in the morning followed by what was supposed to be an early dinner and Hunger Games date. I'm really looking forward to relaxing on Sunday (and to the movie!). I have a feeling the next two weeks before my work spring break are going to be really busy.

I'm teaching in 3 courses (directing 2 of them) & trying to get my lab set up (since I have a grad student starting soon!).

My mom came to visit last month & we had a nice visit!

We are having a party this weekend, so I am trying to get a thousand things done today, including finally hanging things on our walls in our living room. I should have parties more often- it would motivate me to do all sorts of things around the house!

Hey!!!

Work has been pretty crazy. I'm still working quite a few hours (for me anyways!)

Hubby was home a lot this week so that was really nice, I got to spend time with him.

Other than that not a whole lot here!

I miss you ladies!
