  • Ugh~ I am disgusted that someone would do this. Not funny at all.

  • She's got to know more people hate her than like her. I've got to hand it to her though to keep going and trying to stay afloat when there has been so much hate and backlash sent her way. I still refuse to buy anything she promotes or sells, I will never give a single cent to that awful family.

While I don't think it's right that someone threw something at her, I hope it got a point across. When are companies and magazines going to realize it's toxic to their brand to hire her/promote her. If I had a teenage daughter I'd be appalled that someone like this is a "role model" and someone girls that age look up to and aspire to be.

I don't think she is really toxic to a brand. What I don't understand is the hate? Fine, don't like her. Don't buy her products. Don't support her stuff. She should not have stuff hurled on her by some loon. But hatred? Really?

  • Idk, I guess its humerous that it was cooking flour, but I really don't find it funny that throw anything at a celeb like that.

I thought Kim had a good attitude about it, at least from her quote about the makeup.

Which I find very surprising because she is usually such a baby about things.

I don't find it that horrible to be honest. It could have been worse, wait until she wears her fur and Peta throws red paint on her.

  • Regardless of who it happened to or what was thrown, I think when people do this to celebrities it's so immature and pathetic.  I don't know if they're trying to send a message or simply attempting to make the news but it's ridiculous.  Maybe this person was never taught to respect others even if you don't agree with their choices.  Conducting oneself with dignity seems to be a diminishing trait.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a KK fan, I find her rather annoying.  Typically she is overly dramatic about everything, so I'm impressed she handled this so gracefully. Good for her.

  • It was probably someone affiliated with PETA (though PETA denied involvement) Right before she threw it, she yelled "Fur hag!" and flour bombing has been credited to PETA many times before.

  • First, grown adults shouldn't have to throw anything at people to make their point. Just like the glitter bombs on various politicians, it's not a mature way display your opinion.

However...... the immature, disconnected regular citizen in me thinks that it's slightly funny, and it looks better if they just laugh it off.

Second, until I saw this post (also given I'm running on 3.5 hrs of sleep after seeing the Hunger Games last night), when I heard on the radio this morning that she was flour bombed I apparently heard "flower" bombed, and kept picturing her having flowers thrown at her, and was like "what's the big deal??". lol

So thanks for clearing that up! haha

  • I agree that it's not funny.  I'm not a fan of Kim K,  but I don't wish anything bad to happen to her either.  She did earn a couple of points for acting classy about what happened.

If this is the case, then at least it was just flour. I think they have thrown red paint and/or blood on fur wearers in the past.

  • I have zero issue with her, other than the fact that she got married for .0005 seconds.

but I just watched this on TV and I can't stop giggling.

I'm glad she was a good sport about it, but LOLOLOL

  • TBH I'm surprised that anyone was even able to get up that close to her to even do it in the first place!  I always thought celebrities were surrounded by enough security to where common folk couldn't even come within a few feet of them.

  • One idea I heard (from a dj on the radio) stated she probably hired someone to do that to her to get her name back in the spotlight. His reasoning was that her sister upstaged her with the dress last week.

    Makes you wonder.

  • This is both hilarious, and sad.

I seriously doubt that she would do this given all of the negative publicity she has had in the past 6 months.

*If* (and that's a big if) she did set this up, she's the victim, so it works in her favor as long as it doesn't get out.

I've heard of the paint or blood throwing and while being flour bombed probably sucks, that's definitely the lesser of two evils. I've seen crazy PETA/activist people stand outside Neiman Marcus and lose their sh!t on regular people, so it doesn't really surprise me KK finally got it...

Womp Womp. It's actually quite ludicrous to hire her to promote a brand. It's called economics.

  • I think refusing to buy any products/brands that she is associated with is message enough.

Throwing things at people doesn't make you look like the kind of person whose opinion I'd value.
