B1: small iced coffee w/ cream only

B2: oats w/ cinnamon, brown sugar, 1/2 a banana and a little drizzle of PB

S: baby carrots

L: tuna, avocado & tomato on ww, an apple, broccoli (need to get some green veggies in me!!)

S: non-fat yogurt

D: ?  it's lent, so no meat

E: easy 3-5 mile run, lower body strength training

    D: vegetarian appetizer sampler (supposed to be for 2 but also makes a good dinner for 1) from one of my favorite restaurants. Falafel, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, cukes, tomatoes, pita bread, and some other yummy stuff.

  • Had my sinus surgery and just got in. Eating will be light today.

    L: salad (mixed greens, cucumber, cheese, green peppers, carrots, 1 hb egg- balsamic dressing), probably some crackers or something

    E: 30 minute walk 

    S: apple, ff yogurt

    D: chicken breast (w/ lemon herb marinage), black bean and corn salad

    1/2 bottle of water

    1 cup tea w/almond milk

    B: banana w/ almond butter added/ pumpkin, hemp, chia, flax seeds, cocoa beans.

    S: cinnamon raisin oatmeal w/ choc coconut milk

    L: salmon salad on rye,

    S: orange, handful of happy hiking trail mix

    D: not really sure

    S: smoothie

    rest day, but taking DD to swimming in which I have to be a participant, so who know I may get a little in there.

  • Yay for Friday!  Here's to hoping my baby niece is born today! :)

    B: trek mix, black coffee

    L: salad w/ romaine, onions, tomatoes, red peppers, hard boiled egg, cheese, oil & vinegar, side of mixed fruit

    S: red grapes and cheese

    D: ?? maybe veggie pizza?  I'll be on the road for a few hours and then scooping DH up from the airport along the way home to VB to (hopefully) welcome our baby niece!

    E: Rest

    B: Shredded wheat and honey bunches of oats in 1% milk; coffee w/ milk and sugar

    L: Leftover turkey and 3 bean chili; cornbread; lowfat vanilla yogurt

    D: Out for my bday!!!  (Celebrating early with friends)  We're going to a pizza place, no idea what kind of pizza I'll get but I bet it will be awesome!  Carb-ing it up for Sunday's race.
