Where will you be next Friday?

Meeting with the TIP Book Club, of course! Or imoan will shank you in the butt. That's her signature move.

Anyway, I plan to continually harangue you people about TIP book club until 8pm EST next Friday when we'll meet to discuss Watership Down. That's right, rabbits! There are a lot of them and they all have special rabbit names. (I've only read the first 23 pages so far. But trust me, there are a lot of rabbits.)

There will also be secret rewards for attending the TIP BC! Like, you could win special things, that are book or rabbit or TIP-related. There are super cool prizes and rewards.*

* Note: There aren't actually prizes. Except for the prize of expanding your horizons through reading.

Re: Where will you be next Friday?

  • Where is this located???
  • We meet in a chat room, which we'll post on the board next Friday. It's really fun! And we also let people come chat even if they haven't read the book.
  • that sounds fun! I love book clubs, chatting and TIP so its a win win win
  • I'm about 100+ pages in and am going to focus on getting through a chunk of it this weekend!

There is even a secret rabbit language.  Coworker today was talking about how animals wouldn't be referring to Jesus Christ and I was all "But if they were rabbits, they would be referring to Frith".  BOOYA!  Reading is educational, fools!
