DH's F&B commentary
The day after this post, my DH randomly starts talking about ugly shoes. He said that this is the time period for ugly shoes and he can't stand it. I agreed and told him about that post. I mentioned crocs and uggs and then he said "What about those peasant shoes?". I said, "Peasant shoes? Huh?". Then I said "Do you mean TOMS?!!!!" ROFL!!!!!

Peasant Shoes. Yes.
I haven't been able to get on the whole Toms train yet, either... But... I have to say... I've been MOST tempted by the sparkly purple ones. I wouldn't pay $55 for them, though, and I don't know that I'd ever actually wear them. I think I just like shiny things.
That's awesome. Another nestie referred to them as prison shoes.
I kind of like the lace/crochet ones though.

Me too! My BFF had to buy her step daughter Crocs for Christmas and posted a picture of the bag captioned, "The things we do for the people we love." I have to steal this for FB!
