Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another month away but certificate is in my hands
All paperwork/child custody/child support all figured out and now in effect. My official divorce date isn't until April 24th but we officially have our certificate in our hands today. No more court or mediation hearing, no more paperwork to fill out and the judge signed everything.
Out of spirit of today, I am changing 'stbxh' to eh. Eh was very cordial but he was frustrated with how the court system worked. I don't blame him to be turned off by the system but he was so worked up about that in the past few months is if that was his biggest issue/worries, to me that was very telling about his thoughts on divorcing me, I wasnt really in the picture of loss for him. I am doing very well because I know I deserve better than eh and desire a relationship where I feel cherished. I am sad that eh couldn't do that but I know love is not forced and I have a do-over going forward.
Tomorrow, I can't wait to go to the SS office and the DMV to change my name. I am so excited. I was told that I didn't have to wait to do this. My name will be changed on Facebook too.

YES!!! It is a weight off of my shoulders and I can move forward without that weird limbo stage regarding my status.
