For me, my half marathon training continues so I'll be running both days, long run on Sunday. Playing in a charity bowling tournament tomorrow and probably dinner with the rest of my foursome after. A friend is TRYING to make me go on a date with her husband's friend on Sunday but I just don't think I'm ready yet. I've been single exactly 15 days.
During all this I will be trying to keep my mind off the fact that exbf is in Vegas with a bachelor party and probably flirting with tanned, beautiful women at the pool while I am here, pale and wearing bowling shoes (but whatever, I'm still cute). Then I remind myself that he gained 15 lbs while we were together and it's all in the gut, giving him the appearance of bordering on 2nd trimester when he has his shirt off. I wonder if the airline charged him for that extra baggage....
Re: What's up for the weekend?
Going out to dinner and relaxing at home with BF tonight.
Bridal shower for a friend Saturday morning, then I'm throwing BF a bday party Saturday night (he's got a big birthday this year!). I took the easy way out, and his favorite restaurant is catering it, so minimal cooking for me! Just need to do the cake.
Sunday will be breakfast with neighbors, hanging out/recovering, early dinner out with some new friends, then dance class.
Edit: *relaxing AT home
Tonight is dinner (tapas, wine, and yummy yummy cheese) and wandering around NoVA with D.
Tomorrow is brunch and a movie with D, then more resume drafting.
Sunday is FINALLY getting my friend's stuff from her impounded car out of MY car (after 2+ months!) and cleaning the car, then relaxing at home and doing even more resume and cover letter drafting. le sigh.

I know that you're hurting but I love you a little more for your rant!
Tonight I'm going to a pre-kickball league meet and greet with my girlfriend who is playing on my team. Then we're going out to a swanky bar and hopefully not paying for drinks. Should be a fun girls night out. EDIT:I will be buying my own drinks--just realized my salad dressing is chock-full of garlic!
Tomorrow my father and I are meeting my brother, SIL and nephew for breakfast.
Tomorrow night is Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan--woohoo!
Sunday I'm seeing a girlfriend and catching up with her.
I'm cleaning and doing laundry tonight. It's become my new Friday ritual and I actually LOVE it. The laundry room is empty and I feel like I then have then entire weekend from to do whatever. I will also be relaxing on my couch catching up on some DVR action.
Saturday I have brunch and a hair appointment. Still decided whether to cut it short a la Cameron Diaz or grow it out.
Sunday no plans and I love it!!
Tonight - working out, studying for tomorrow's exam
Saturday - working out, exam, hair appointment, birthday party for friend's child, maybe watching Hunger Games then relaxing at home

Sat: Gym, bball game, hanging out w Mom (movie & pho-yummy)
Sun: NASCAR - WTF??? Ive never been but looking forward to a whiskey-tango fest
Happy Friday!
Skiing and Mad Men. I am so excited about Mad Men.
Dinner and Hunger Games movie tonight with my sisters and a friend.
Tomorrow I'm probably going to my house to get my summer clothes. No plans for tomorrow night- might see if I can get my sister to go out with me.
Sunday I'm making myself start Couch to 5k, but mostly no plans for Sunday either.
That's my new Friday night thing too! Cleaning and laundry, so exciting. But exactly, I don't have to worry about it the rest of the weekend, and when I'm ready to collapse after a long run the last thing I want is to run down the 3 flights to my laundry room. I once cut my hair short (above the shoulders, short for me) when Jessica Simpson did it a few years back. I loved it for a week, and then realized the difference between her and I is that when she starts missing her long hair, she can afford good extensions. Whereas I just had to suffer and cry a few times a week until it grew back.
I hurt my back really bad, and while the cortisone shot I got this morning seems to be kicking in, I don't want to over do it and hurt it again, so I am trying to take it easy.
That said, I have ds this weekend which means lots of running around. Swimming lessons tonight, farmer's market and tball game tomorrow, playdate with his bff Sunday afternoon.
I also need to do some of my work for school.
Wine and cheese with two GF's and the kiddos tonight. Some girl time is LONG overdue!
Tomorrow running and brunch with the two besties, then hanging with DS and studying while he naps. I'm fighting a cold so I need to get some rest too.
Saturday night going to dinner with J, my two besties, and their husbands. It will be the first time J has met them and then I'll stay the night at his house.
Sunday, DS has his visit with XH so I'll get some studying done!
I like you, Kuus. And as a friend reminded me, whatever fun he has there, he'll be coming back to same lonely reality he left, except broke and with a champion hangover. I don't know if I classify my 8 mile run on Sunday as "fun", but I will feel super accomplished after.
Work work work. My company's new store is opening next Thursday, and there is sooo much to be done.
I'm also going to be in a music video that's going to be partially shot at my house this weekend.
I'm incredibly stoked, and can't help but to think that if I was still in a relationship with STBXH that my life would be totally devoid of the awesomeness that is my life now.

UGH I used to hate that sensation with EXH. He was ALWAYS in Vegas. If its any consulation, most of the time I go there Im surprised by how unattractive the crowd is.
Tonight: Dinner party at a friends house
Tomorrow: Pilates, shopping and maybe a movie
Sunday: Sangria Sunday with some friends. Can't wait!
Love the sig and quote!
tonight - game night (IU v UK, go IU) in my college sweats
tomorrow - most likely laundry, hanging out with DD and probably seeing my dad because he misses her since the move - oh and I have to do free, free-time work for work this weekend due to company cuts on time for policy revision..at least I just had my eval at work and not only am I good but I am awesome and exceed expections
Sunday - church and maybe a crock pot dinner and more b-ball, DD, and policy revisions
I've been to Vegas a lot myself (I think I recently counted 13?!) and agreed, there are some pretty scary sights there. Hopefully he will just be counted among them
