Are you looking for Montego Bay specifically? If not, I highly rec Sandals Whitehouse (about 1.5 hrs from MoBay). We honeymooned there and it was all that, seriously knocked our socks off:

Ha, funny, we stayed there as well, and thought it was a craptastic place, never again. TOTALLY opposite of our beloved Whitehouse vacay.
