My oldest son is proud of me!

A couple of weekends ago we went out of town on a hockey tournament and the hotel that we stayed in had a work out room, so I used it both Friday and Saturday nights.  Yesterday he was talking about the kids on his team seeing me in running clothes and that he was telling them how far I ran.  I asked him if that was a good thing, as he is in middle school and I am generally an embarrassment in all aspects right now.  He told me it was way cool, and he even tells his gym teacher how much I can do!

That will now be the #1 reason that I have to never put off a workout!!!
