We have accepted an offer but are still waiting for the buyers to sign the contract so officially our house is still on the market. We accepted the offer last weekend, a lot of stuff went on and all contracts are now handled through our real estate attorneys. We "should" be getting the signed contract back from the buyers attorney on Monday but of course there are no guarantees.
I just got a call from a realtor today who wanted to set up a showing for Monday. Do we set up this appointment or do we wait to see if the buyers sign the contract first? Also, would you tell potential buyers that you are "almost" under contract or would you just wait until you have everything signed and legal?

The owners wouldn't let us look because they had their solid offer and were tired of keeping the house clean. Our realtor said we just wanted to look, just in case the offer fell through. Nope. No dice.
