What can we do? Inspections...
We had an inspection come to check out the property we're purchasing a week ago. I've asked him for a report every single day and he's basically been unresponsive. He finally got back to me this morning and said he'd send a report by end of day. It's end of day and we haven't received anything. We're nearing the end of our 14 day inspection period. If I don't get this report am I SOL? I'm so upset. This guy had great reviews on Angie's List and I thought I did my homework.

Wow, that is ridiculous. Is there a supervisor you can call or is he a one man operation?
We had our inspection last Saturday and I had the report at 9am on Monday. A week seems crazy. Can your agent call the listing agent and explain the issue? I would definitely write something up on AL after all is said and done.
I would do all this. Call his supervisor (unless it's a one man shop), then have your agent ask the listing agent for an extension if necessary. I would have your agent call the inspector too. That's bad business especially since your agent can recommend or not recommend the inspector! Is there any way you can go in person to his office to talk to him?
Go there in person. At least that way he can't ignore you!

If he hasn't followed through by Monday, I'd tell him you are reporting him to, at the very least, the BBB and IF he is ASHI certified to them as well. Totally unprofessional.
