Joined Weight Watches

So I have been going to the gym, and working with a trainer for around eight months now.  I have gained a lot of muscle, but I have not achieved the results that I want to see in myself.  I feel like I eat healthy, but I'm just not getting back to where I want to be.  So, after researching and talking to friends who have tried it I have decided to sign up for weight watchers.  Does anyone here use it?

Re: Joined Weight Watches

  • I have been on it for over a year and have lost 25 lbs. it's been very slow, but I have learned how to eat and proper serving sizes. I have taken weeks off from tracking and find I am still making good choices so the program really works. Good luck to you!

  • I lost 70 lbs last year, 15 as an unofficial ww, 55 as a paying ww.  I am now lifetime.  DH and I LOVE the program and eat so healthy and so many vegetables now. I also incorporated clean eating into the ww program, so we eat real food, not processed factory food.
  • I joined last year when I was still nursing my youngest and successfully lost 35lbs (and have kept it off!)
  • I love the program.  There is no denying the fact that it works :)
  • I love it too!  I rejoined at the beginning of January (had done it years ago) and I like the new program even better because it incorporates lots of fruits and vegetables.  I also watch out and avoid most processed foods and also limit my carbs a bit and up my protein.  I have lost 13 pounds so far and have three pounds left until my goal weight.  I know the harder part will be maintenance so I will keep going to meetings.  Unfortunately, yo yoing is more my problem. Best to you! I also see a personal trainer and do cardio five days a week and unfortunately the exercise wasn't helping with my weight loss until I changed my eating and now that I am doing a combination, it's going faster (believe it or not 13 pounds in two months is fast for me) and I am more toned.  I know the exercise is going to be a huge part of maintaining my weight.
