I'm sick and have spent a lot of time in bed the last week and I'm running out of things to watch. I've rewarched Mad Men and How I met your mother. I wouldn't mind movie suggestions as well. I hate searching through pages of stuff. I like some indie movies, comedies, rom coms, etc. anything new I may have missed? Thanks for any suggestions :$
Re: Netflix recs?
Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil
I Love You Phillip Morris
In The Loop
Sin Nombre (foreign)
Satisfaction (TV series)
Being Elmo
Mary & Max
Better Off Ted (TV series, RIP)
Louie (TV series)
Torchwood (TV series)
These are ones I've rec'd to friends and got positive feedback on.
Bottle Shock-It's great, but if you like wine it's even better.
Pirate Radio
Taking Woodstock
My Week With Marilyn
Midnight in Paris
Leverage (TV Series)- It's a bunch of con artist turning cons back on other con artists to get back what those who were conned lost. There's no major plot lines and individual episodes can stand on their own in most cases. There's very little that carries over unless it's in 2 episodes.
The Rum Diary- It's Hunter S. Thompson's writing and Johnny Depp's acting filmed through "Rum Goggles." If you like Hunter, you'll probably like this. It's a lot less out there than Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
