Capital One - It isn't one they offer new accounts on anymore.
My Discover card no longer charges a fee - while they have expanded where it is accepted, I still don't use it much overseas.
Cancer sucks.
They told me there is a 3% transaction, I will have to have DH call them.

The rewards program is great if you travel a lot because beyond getting a point for every dollar spent, you get a point for every mile flown. So if my husband and I fly to Europe, it is around 16,000 miles round-trip, so we end up with enough points for over $150 in rewards from that flight alone (can be redeemed for gift cards, flights, etc.)
