    I've been rereading The Eight by Katherine Neville. It's a mystery/thriller about a mythical chess set that holds a powerful secret. That makes it sound pretty cheesy, but it's actually really exciting and interesting. It has a dual plot (in the 1700's and in the 1970's) and has lots of historical characters. I like it. It's very mathematical.

    Oo "the eight" sounds like its going on my to-read list! I just finished "Knights of the Chosen". It was pretty good. Not sure what I'm reading next! I have "the infinite library" but its one of those slower thinking books and I can't read too much of it at once yet...though I'm still only on the first chapter so maybe it will ramp up. The plot sounded cool.

    I had been hoping to read a ton this week (spring break for my grad class) but haven't been able to :-(.  I'm still working on the third book in the bride quartet by Nora Roberts. I just haven't had much free time this week.

    I'm not currently reading anything but I just bought the second book of the hunger games, Catching Fire, last night. So I will probably start that soon!
