Shoe Help

Help please, I got a promotion of few months ago and I know need to dress up all the time. J I do not mind because I like dressing up but my only issue is finding cute, comfortable, and professional dress shoes. Since I have been here I have broken completely two pairs of shoes. I had to throw them out. My other issue is I have VERY wide feet L any recommendations where I can find cute, professional, and comfortable dress shoes?

TIA

Re: Shoe Help

  • Zappos has a lot of them. They are a great company, and are willing to help out.

Also gel inserts will help make any shoe a bit more comfortable.

  • You should go to Nordstrom, they usually carry a variety of sizes and widths or they can order for you.  There is also Stuart Weitzman shoes and he has a website.  They will carry a variety of sizes and widths in some styles and many of his pumps would be perfect for a professional setting.
  • Thanks ladies, I have tons of dress shoes but they are cute sit down barley walk kind of shoes. Now that I have to walk the have to be comfortable. I will check all of them out.
  • I just remembered a shoe brand that is known for comfort: Taryn Rose.  They are expensive but the company was founded by an orthopedic surgeon.

I have a few pairs of these and love them, but be careful since Taryn sold the company last year.  I'm not sure if they are still as good, but they would be one of your best bets.  They tend to have larger toe boxes and arch supports built into them.  I'm not a fan of Cole Haan ones with Nike Air since they tend to run narrow and I have a wider toe.  Zappos would be your best bet with their shipping and return policies.
