I found a site that says the dress is from Naven, though I can't find the exact dress on their site. What about something like this?
Thanks for looking- I'm not a huge fan of the "ruffles" in the front part of the dress. I must find the one Mena is wearing!
Eshaki.com has some vintage inspired green dresses. Here are a few, but there are more on the site. I really like the more minty green color in your pic, though.
