Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

...and now I'm sick.
My hubby was sick for over a week and I managed to avoid it. That is until 2:00 this morning when he woke me up because I was coughing to bad. I now have a chest and head cold.
And it's really putting a damper on my wanting to work out.

Thanks. It has been sucky. And with all the cold medicine I fell back asleep temping this morning lol I woke up and the thermometer was next to me on the bed.
Oh well.
