Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you taught yourself to crochet
What resources would you recommend? Links to YouTube videos that were good, books, etc would be appreciated. I bought a hook and some yarn yesterday!

I actually used about.com a lot! And you tube videos. Basically what I did was google the stitch I wanted to learn that was in my pattern and go from there. I actually helped a lot

That'd be great! Right now I'm working on a dishcloth - which is not really very exciting
Haha, when I began knitting my first project was a dishcloth. It was not very exciting, but good practice. Enjoy learning!
