Tomorrow, when I wake up, you better be feeling better. We're going to spin class and then maybe doing a short afternoon run, since we've been slacking on runs lately. If you get your *** together, I promise no hills (at least for tomorrow.)

1. I didn't make it to spin. I stayed up late reading the third book in the Hunger Games trilogy (spin is at 5:45am.) Whoops.
2. I'm going to attempt a short (3 mile) easy, flat run this afternoon (at the track or on my treadmill, depending on the weather.)
3. I wore a brace when I was working out on Saturday (boot camp style class) and since then have been icing/taking Tylenol. (I even brought an ice back to work today so I can elevate and ice during my prep periods.)
Honestly, it hurts more when I'm sitting still. Hurts isn't even the right word, it's just sore. I wish I had gotten up for spin because I think biking would have helped, but I didn't.
I might look into getting the kt tape that firedancer mentioned.
