B: medium DD 1/2 decaf coffee w/ cream, golden grahams in skim milk Embarrassed

S: orange or banana

L: mixed green salad (getting it from a local salad bar), an apple

S: non-fat cherry yogurt, orange or banana (which ever I do not eat in the a.m.)

D: stuffed cabbage

E: none, rest day - although I am feeling great after yesterdays half!  I think wearing the compression socks helped with not having soreness today.

    E: None, day off. I woke up really dizzy this morning and talked to the ENT (surgeon). He said no riding for 24 hours and stay home to relax to try to let the dizziness pass; it's probably a side effect of the surgery. (and he called something into the pharmacy for me.)

    E: 9 miles w/ my favorite speed work out (3miles@hmp, 2miles@10k pace, 1mile@5k pace) In my bad @ss days I'd do it with no rest intervals, but I did 2-3 minute jog intervals b/w the different paces today.

    L: big salad with turkey and whatever is in the fridge

    L: No idea. I had to rush DH to the airport this morning (roundtrip = 1.5 hours), and went right to work instead of going home to pack lunch. I may be working through lunch with this crazy experiment I'm in the midst of :(

    L - had a lunch date with DH. 1 small margarita, handful of chips + salsa, & 1/4 of a giant burrito.

    S - no snack, big lunch

    D - something light, see my lunch. I'm thinking a big salad with chicken on top.

    E - none today. I have some hip pain today, so I'm trying to rest before my race on Saturday.
