Despite telling someone who is new to their position (but not our company....she's bounced around from job to job for years, sucking at everything she does) that she should NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES move or delete files because you never know who uses them, it appears she has deleted a report I update on a weekly basis. So there goes all the data since July. I'm going to strangle her.

Re: I am feeling murderous
What the what?!
What are you going to do about it? That would make me murderous as well.
what a dumbass.
is there any back-up at all on your company's server?
WINDMILL WITH KEYS.
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
Oof, I think I would just give up on the day at that point.
I just found out that Brett has to work Monday morning to cover someone's shift. Which means I have to drive to fvkcing Austing alone this weekend. They said they scheduled him for Monday morning because they figured he just asked for the day off to recover from a weekend of traveling. Well, no, my cousin's wedding is on Sunday, but so what if he did? Isn't that his business?
Apparently not.
we all fall down sometimes
brass and ballet flats
Mostly piss and moan, I think.
I just get to recreate the report and do my best not to strangle her when she comes to talk to me.

Are you going to tell her she messed up big time or silently stew? If I messed something up I would want to know so I would never do it again (even though I would feel awful about messing something up.) Messing up once is better than continuing to mess up.
