bodymedia fit users

is there a way to manually enter your calories for the day in the system?

Re: bodymedia fit users

  • Yes when you go to the activity manager where you see your stats you click on nutrition and then meal logging.  You can either search their database (they have a lot of common foods on there or you can enter your own.  If you eat the same things a lot it will pop those up on the list or if you eat the same meal you can say eat the same as whatever date and it will plug in all of those items.
  • Sorry, I should have been more clear. I already use MFP to track my calories and plan on using that, so I just wanted to enter that final number every day into BodyMedia instead of having to log each individual food
  • There is, because that's what I do.

When you're on the dashboard, look down at the bottom of the page where all the links are.  Under "Nutrition" you'll see Meal Logging and then Daily Estimate.  Click on that.  It allows you to manually enter a number every day, and it will become the default mode for you on the dashboard.

that's exactly what I was looking for - thank you!
