Favorite cardigans

Hey Ladies- I am usually on the bump but vie totally been stalking your board since I've been on maternity leave. I must say I love it!! Anyways.. I have a few cardigans from gap and old navy but they are pretty old. Where do you think has the best cardigans? I live in a small town with very little shopping options so I will most likely have to order. Thanks!!

Re: Favorite cardigans

  • The mix tape and the Jackie from jcrew
  • I was also going to say the mixed tape from J. Crew.

What length are you looking for?  I do like the Jackie cardis, but they are a shorter length.  I used to wear them for work but I don't normally wear them now on a day to day basis.

And then I have a few from various stores: Loft, Ann Taylor, Banana.

They're all about the same quality, except some of the Loft ones are super thin.

  • I have some from Talbots that are really nice and I also love Halogen cardigans from Nordstrom. Both were under $50 reg, I think I paid just under $30 for each on sale.

  • Check out Cable & Gauge.  I've bought 7 different colors at TJMaxx ($20) but it took weeks of searching.  I think they are great quality and will hold up well over the years.
  • I have some from all over, but the ones I end up wearing the most are all JCrew, Gap Outlet and Loft.

  • If you are looking for something heavier/warmer- DH got me a long sleeved cashmere cardi from JCrew that I love. I don't know the style name- but it is warm!! For lighter ones- I have honestly gotten most of mine at target- but I'm working on upgrading my wardrobe. I like their boyfriend cardi if you are looking for something longer and more boxy, and they have a bunch of scoop neck long sleeved & v neck 3/4 sleeves. Obviously they'll only last a couple of seasons but they are cheap so you can get a lot of different colors.
