San Jose, Ca
I'll be in SJ Friday afternoon-Sunday early afternoon. It's a quick girls get-away for a hockey game.
We get in town around 3pm and leave around noonish. Only thing planned is game on Saturday evening. We will be staying downtown at the Fairmont.
We haven't rented a car - but could if we needed to. We've been to Santa Cruz numerous times and while we do love it there, we'd like to try something different.
Any suggestions on things to do/see or places to eat. We're not a sophisticated bunch and a good bar/hangout would work too.

We visited the Winchester mansion a few years back before flying out of San Jose. I think it's worth the trip to go since it's so unique.

The lobby bar at the Fairmont has over 300 different types of martinis if you're into that sort of thing.
And the Bijan bakery adjacent to the Fairmont has insane pastries.
