I came on here to write a "wishful Wednesday" post. Augh, im all out of whack. Yesterday was my worst birthday ever. I blame Edgar and his lack of planning.

Re: confession tuesday
Aww, hugs my dear friend! Sorry E sucks and didn't make your day special
My confession is T left a couple days ago, so I ordered myself a pizza last night from my favorite Italian place. I know I didn't need a whole pizza just for me. But it was so darn good! I ate half and half is now in the fridge for lunch or dinner tonight. Yum!
I'm also going to the mall this morning. I'm hoping to buy a long cardigan, I'm not loving the ones I have right now, some have some small non-fixable holes in them and are old. I'm also contemplating a bra fitting at Nordstrom or VS, my bras feel too tight, and I'm not sure if I just need some extenders or to go up a cup size, and a pedicure. I won't tell Tony about any of these things, or what I buy, he doesn't need to know about my shopping.
Laura - I'm sorry your birthday sucked. Rusty didn't really even acknolwledge me until like 8:30pm.
Yvonne - I would higly suggest waiting was long as possible before you buy new bras. Your boobies will change so much more in the coming weeks/months. Pizza sounds so good right now!
My confession: I asked my mom and step-dad to come to our town last night just so we could go out to dinner because I knew they would pay. Since Rusty quit his job we have been living on 1/3 of our normal income so we don't ever go out to eat.

This is what every evening looks like at our house: M gets home from work around 7, I throw dinner on the table, we eat, M studies until I go to bed. He is so uber concerned about not being prepared for this test that I've resorted to calling him as he drives home everyday so I can talk to him about bills and plans and things because he shuts down after dinner.
I have a super fun weekend with friends planned - book club Friday night, Hunger Games Saturday, a bridal shower Sunday but I don't really want to do any of it cause I just want to see my husband.
And then people ask, don't you see him all the time? And it's like well, no, not really.

Thanks. I didn't buy any. They measured me and while the band size they fit me in is bigger, the cup is the same. So, I'm just going to go with some cheap extenders and extend the life out of my old bras for now. No sense in wasting money on new ones when $2-$3 will fix the problem!
I have successfully avoided doing any work today (other than seeing my kids for their reading groups). I have many other projects I should be working on while not with kids, and I just haven't done any of it today.
I haven't run in about a week because I am fairly sure I have plantar fasciitis, so I have been resting it in hopes that it will get better. Last night my hip starting hurting, not painful, but it was uncomfortable. How is this possible when I haven't worked out in a week...
KR watches baby Einstein almost every night before bed. It distracts him and calms him down, and allows Ryan and I time to get ready for bed.
I hate to stick my kid in front of the TV but for me the sanity is worth it.
We are going to start CIO this weekend. I'm terrified that I will give in and not be able to do it.
Have you tried a foam roller for your hip? It was my savior when I was running, especially when I was logging lots of miles. It hurts, but feels so good after! Also, try rolling a frozen water bottle on your foot for the plantar facitis. Put it on the ground under your foot and just roll it back and forth. You can use a tennis ball too. Oh some stretches. My MIL had a mean case of it last year and the doctor recommended she do foot stretches on a stair to stretch it out, it really helped.
I was have epic nausea swings last night and this morning, and I convinced myself it was morning sickness. So I POAS at lunch, and got a BFN.
And now I'm disappointed. Yes, I might be crazy.
My house is a WRECK. Like serious disaster zone right now. So embarrassing.
I haven't worked out in 7 days because of my migraine and now my chest/head cold. But I still feel guilty for not going.
I didn't eat anything yesterday. I felt so miserable and my throat hurt so bad all I had was hot tea and water.
DH and I were a little careless this last week with sex...he's slightly worried and I'm slightly *secretly* not worried. Hmmm
My sisters spring break is this week and she has begged DH and I to take her some where. I'm trying to stay upbeat and happy but Iim so sick and we're so broke I wish we didn't have to go. Which makes me feel really guilty.

Rusty was in the union when he worked for his old company. The only good thing that came from it was the health insurance and the pension. How would that change if you weren't a member anymore?
Rusty didn't have a choice. The only reason his company was apart of it was because insurance was so much cheaper that way.
I didn't have a choice either...i had to pay dues right out of my check...but then I wasn't even a voting member...I would have had to pay more for that right...It's not like the union did a lot for me anyway...:/
Where I live is one of the places that labor unions started (because of the mining). everyone is SO proud of it...but I personally think it's becoming more a hindrance than anything...at least from what I understand of it.
Here's another one: I ate a whole 10 pack of timbits to myself for a "snack". For those of you not familiar with Tim Horton's timbits are their donut holes.
Yvonne - I bought new bra's twice during my pregnancy. The second time I bought nursing bra's to save me the money but ended up being a significantly smaller size after my milk supply established and then had to buy new nursing bra's again!
I'd have to pay a smaller fee still because I would still "benefit" from the union fighting for salary and benefits. The only difference would be that if a situation comes up within the district, I wouldn't have the union to back me on an issue. Like if I was being disciplined by administrators or fired, etc. I think it would become more of an issue amongst staff because then I'd be identified as the person who wouldn't join the union. It's more political than anything.
Have you heard of the Bravado brand? I bought some of those because you buy the size you are wearing now and when your milk supply comes in they have some stretch to allow to some growth. They fit 2 sizes so for me a b/c cup should work. Might be worth looking into.
