So, my dad remembers his grandmother making a sweet bread studded with Easter eggs every year for Easter. Unfortunately, the family recipe died with her. Has anyone heard of this? He thought that
this recipe looked similar, although he said that his grandmother used to do one big loaf with eggs nestled among the folds of the "braid" rather than individual loves with the egg in the center. I was just hoping to see if anyone had a recipe for it and/or had heard of it before. TIA!

I'm thinking it might be my What's Baking? submission this month...I've worked with yeast a lot, but I don't think I've ever made a braided bread.

I haven't worked with yeast much other than pizza dough. I'm still thinking about what to make for What's Baking.
