Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I know this is not the same thing as talking with a doctor, but I thought I'd ask for suggestions... DH and I have been getting horrible sleep recently. We go to bed around 11 (give or take a half hour) and wake up around 6:45-7. But we're both exhausted the whole day. What gives? Any suggestions on what to do to make sleep more restful?

How far back is 'recently'? Could you be fighting a virus or something? Do you have allergies? Pollen and other allergens are really high in a lot of areas right now.
Maybe you just need more sleep? I know that 'they' say 8 hours, but I personally know that I need more than that to feel great.
