Maui tomorrow! Last minute must dos!
We are so excited! We are staying 1 week in Kaanapali with our 16 month old. Our list so far is a whale tour, Hana highway, Pineapple tour with visits to the Upcountry and the old Lahaina luau. Only restaurant recs we have are Mamas Fish House and Gazebo. Any other tips, sites, restaurants would be great! We like the outdoors but needs to be kid friendly. TIA.

If you're going to be in upcountry, I'd recommend visiting Alli Kula Lavender farm-absolutely gorgeous!

Maui, November 2011
Eats:
-Maui Fish Market for casual deli food. You can eat in or take out, limited seating inside and outside. In a strip mall and is so yummy. (kid friendly)
- Cool cat cafe for burgers. Really great upstairs deck with seating, loved the burgers. (kid friendly)
We stayed in Lahaina and I would highly recommend just walking around the town. It is so nice and so many things to see. You should visit the banyan tree it's a really cool site!
We did the Road to Hana and really enjoyed it. We stopped and saw a ton of waterfalls and went to the black sand beach near Hana.
If you haven't already I would highly recommend picking up Maui Revealed by Andrew Doughty. He has great tips and reviews about many of the restaurants, activites, and shops on the island.
