A bunch of things....
1) Mackenzie had to get an x-ray of her hip today because yesterday at her 6 month appt the doctor noticed it not moving properly in the socket and they need to see if it's dislocating. I'm trying not to freak out until we get the x-ray results back, hopefully tomorrow.
2) I may have gone a bit crochet crazy last night and then with some time today I finished my first real project - a hat. It's not perfect, but I'm pretty impressed with myself. The bad part is since I suck at counting stitches, I missed a few early on and it's too small for Kenzie's head....oops
3) DH has to work late, as in until after Kenzie goes to bed, yesterday, today and tomorrow which sucks. The plus side is that on Thursday night we are going to see Ben Folds in concert with the Edmonton Sypmphony Orchestra, Friday he has off and Saturday we go see Blue Man group.
4) My mom is in town for a few days....YAY! The bad part is she is in town because my grandma's dementia is getting worse and her and my aunt are taking her to see a specialist.

Thanks! DH has been obsessed for a long time and I love him more and more watching The Sing Off. I guess he barely ever comes to Canada so DH had to pull some serious strings to get out of one night of parent-teacher-interviews so we could go!
I hope everything comes back fine from Mackenzie's x-ray! It is kind of crazy to think that she has already had her 6 month appointment, wow!
