Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm super frustrated with it. So far it has been a complete pain in the butt. It's been like 20 minutes and I've only been able to add 3 payees and set up 1 automatic payment because whenever I try anything else, it says "cannot be completed at this time." UGH! At least Bank of America's online banking was super reliable..
Re: USAA's online banking.
Their online banking is one thing that bothers me. It always seems to be down when I try and access it from my phone (which is the case 90% of the time).
We've been having a couple problems with them lately and it makes me sad because I really did like them.
ETA: I also rarely use their bill pay. It takes forever for them to take the money out and that bugs me. Now I go to each individual website and pay. It's a pain the the asss.

Same. I think I've had maybe a handful issues in the 5+ years we have been banking with them... _way_ better than any other bank I have held accounts with.
I have to agree that they're better than most other banks and any issue we've had has been taken care of almost immediately, which is why I stick with them. And you just can't ignore their amazing customer service.
I haven't had any problems with their website either.
I use the USAA app on my phone without problems also.
