It's hard to match shades online, but Old Navy has all of their dresses on sale this week with lower prices in store. You may want to check them out since the prices are lower in store than online now. I'd stay away from ruffles since your gown will smash them and dresses with collars since it will show at the collar of the gown. I have this Lauren Conrad dress from Kohls and really like it since it's pleated and skims the body really nicely. It's more tiered than ruffled. The bows have a pale pink tint to them which could be cute with the shoes. I'd go with something lightweight since it will probably get hot under the gown.

ETA: Now I can see it. Those prints of hers seemed to have more of a red shade IRL than a hot pink. I can't say which shade that is on the screen and haven't been in a Kohls since that one came in.
ETA: Now that I can see it, I think a pink skinny belt in a similar material to the shoes could work with that one.
