EYES.
Okay. I have recently developed an OBSESSION with makeup products. I can't stop. I watch tutorials, browse all the counters of ULTA and Sephora. I am a new-found junkie.
I REALLY want to purchase a great eye-shadow palette with some great, bright colors that last and are of good quality. I also don't want to spend a TON of money. (Ex: I LOVE the colors in Urban Decay's new palettes, but $126 for 6 eyeshadows is ridiculous to me. I'd rather buy a new pair of jeans.)
I have been browsing... I like how Kat Von D's looks on the web, but I'm sketchy because she's a celeb/makeup brand and those can often suck...
Suggestions? What shadow palettes do you LOVE?
(Oh - and I can't wear MAC. Something in their pigments irritates the CRAP out of my skin).

If you really like Urban Decay's Naked palettes, you should check out NYX's Nude on Nude. There are very similar colors and I think it's a good quality for half the price.
I also really like their 10 color eye shadow palettes. They're $10 and have a lot of variety.
