I posted about a few things going on in preparation of my daughter's First Birthday Party!!! So excited. We moved in in February and still have so much to do and we have like 19 days to do it. Ahhhh!

I made a faux roman shade(with my Mom's help:)) I'm pretty happy with it. After 9 months of a naked window, it's nice to finally have something up there.

Well, I did some landscaping over my spring break:

AND we got a new queen sized bed, which meant that we needed a new bed frame, which means that I will need to make a new headboard:
Thanks for posting this! I tried to DIY a roman shade on a mini blind this weekend and I failed miserably. This would be much easier!
