So the doctor called me back with the x-ray results and Mackenzie does have some issues with her left hip not sitting properly in the socket. We are being referred to a specialist in the city and for now I have to double diaper her to hold her hip out a little wider. I'm trying not to freak out, but I don't want anything to be wrong with my baby.

Re: T&P's please
T&Ps!
FWIW my sister has a congenative hip disorder. She was born with a dislocated hip. Sounds similar. She has treatment, pt, etc. as a kid but she's physically normal now (mentally not so much, but that has nothing to do with the hip.)
My cousin had it too. Its genetic on my dad's side so the doctor was hyper vigilant checking Ella.

Lot's of T&P!
I also have a friend whose little girl had a problem with her hips. She had to wear a brace for a little while, but now she walks and runs perfectly!
