Anyone had experience with Folica warranty?

My Sedu flat iron that I've had for abotu 6 months is no longer heating very well.  It came with a 2 year limited warranty, but of course it's been dropped a time or two and has a small crack in it.  Just wondering if any of you have ever had to send things back, and what your experience was.

Re: Anyone had experience with Folica warranty?

  • I had a Solia flat iron I had to send back. I had it for about a year and it wouldn't heat at all. I had no problems at all returning it and getting a replacement.
  • Funny you posted this because I just sent my Sedu back after buying it last Sept.

It has fallen off the couter a few times, but nothing big.  I've had flat irons for years with heavy use & them falling many times & never had a problem.  Well the Sedu totally broke apart & I couldn't believe it.  So I sent it in for warranty (paid the $10) and just got an email confirmation that my new one will be here tomorrow!

I wasn't sure how they'd handle it but in my eyes it should never have broken that easy.  So I'm happy to say that are replacing it & once again I'm thrilled with folica.com!
