As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Old Navy Customer Service
I placed an order on Monday at 2:30 pm and chose the two day shipping ($17) meaning I was supposed to get my order yesterday...didn't get it. I called ON to complain and before I could even get my cranky on she credited my account in full for the shipping and sent me a coupon. She was super helpful and apologetic and I the call took less than 5 minutes!! I was prepared to be unhappy with them and I am completely ecstatic now!

They sent me someone else's stuff last week - it was a box of baby clothes! When I called they were awesome and gave me a coupon too.
I was mad that I didn't get my order though- they had to wait until I returned the wrong box before they could send me my right order, and by that time everything I wanted had sold out! But I called about that to complain and they gave me another coupon and gave me free "fast" shipping on my next order too.
