Crossfitters come in please....need WOD help for when I am on my cruise
So I am going on a 7 day cruise in 1.5 weeks and want to put together some WODs that I can do in the gym on the cruise. Any ideas? I only have 1 so far...
WOD 1:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of Russian twists with a dumbbell and then kettlebell (use a dumbbell instead)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of burpees, zero count burpees & broad jump burpees
50-40-30-20-10 of jumping lunges & sit ups
20 RFT:
5 squats, 5 sit-ups, 5 push-ups

I like to do...
100 situps
100squats
100 pushups and
100 pullups (if there is a bar) for time
and
5 rounds for time of
20 burpees
30 double unders (if you can bring your jump rope)
