This dress is more casual than the picture, its not the shiny material its more cotton material.

I got the dress from Target & I love it but I need shoes ect... I was thinking a more casual natural or bright colored sandal. But was clueless as to color!
Also jewelry or a cardigan? What color? I am on a low budget!
