For anyone out there who has done an FHA home loan - do you remember how soon the appraisal happened from when you were notified it was scheduled? We got notice today that the appraisal has been scheduled but they didn't give us a date.
Is there some sort of criteria, as in they have to do it x amount of days from now? I can't seem to find any information about it online.
