As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I got word today that the mortgage company approved the assumption to remove my name from the house I owned with XH! This has been a LONG time coming, and honestly, I was so stressed the last two weeks that my back has been hurting and I haven't been sleeping. Now all we have to do is have XH finish signing the paperwork with the closing agent, I will sign over the title and I will NEVER have to deal with XH again! (and believe me, if he doesn't sign, I will have him sanctioned).
I was so worried it wouldn't be approved and I would have to deal with him monthly while we rent it out, in addition to continuing to pay a portion of the mortgage.
And SECOND great news- we received a check from the impound account for overpaying the mortgage and so I get a few hundred dollars! I think this is time to celebrate!! Did I use enough exclamation points?!?
