So I have a few progress pics. I wouldn't really call then before and after pics b/c I've been gaining and losing the same 50lbs for years. I think from this point on I will finally begin to consider myself "after".
I may DD some of these pics later, b/c I hate them LOL
This was in June at my brother's pre deployment party and before my grandmom passed. I really packed on more weight right after this.
This was me (I'm dressed as Sookie for Halloween) right after I met with the surgeon and before I started my pre surgery diet. Its the heaviest I've ever been. I lost 18lbs prior to surgery.
1/26/12 10 days after surgery. Aprox 12lbs down from surgery and 30 since 10/11
This is a few days later on 1/30/12
2/11 Notice me sitting in front of all the food at my brothers party and I'm eating my yogurt dip out of a baby food container LOL. -19lbs from surgery /37 over all.
3/17/12 down the beach -34lbs since surgery/ 52lbs overall. I'm since down probably another 5lbs. I don't weigh in until Sunday. I'm finally to the point where I am happy with myself in pictures again. I'm pretty much back to where I was when we got married.
20lbs until a very big milestone for me and a weight I haven't seen since high school and even then it was only for a few blissful months.
I just can not get these photos to line up!! Every time I edit them they show up next to each other but then when I post they are on separate lines.
With all the pics I had noticed a difference but when you just do the Sooki pic vs at the beach you can see a huuuge difference. You look great and what's more important is if you're feeling great.
Such a great accomplishment!
I went through ALL of my clothes the other day and took everything that didn't fit me or wouldn't fit me by the time it was warm enough to wear them to the consignment shop. It was one of the huge Rubbermaid totes and they took everything but 3 pieces. I'm hoping it all sells so that I can get some $$ for new clothes!
I scored this really cute Lilly Pulitzer skirt that looked brand new for $20. I can't wait for that too fit! Then when I shrink out of that I can sell it back to them again LOL.
